Refund Policy

We generally issue refunds for purchases made on the SimpleFit app within 14 days of the purchase date. However, we reserve the right to refuse refunds if we find that the app has been used in a way that violates our Terms of Service.
However, we can only refund purchases made on our website/web app. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies. We don't have control over these policies and can't issue refunds for purchases made through them.
